Gjt-1f series metal detector can be assembled differential transformer sensor, in the circuit design using metal detection technology - digital phase shift and related detection technology, with stable and reliable performance, high detection sensitivity, strong material inhibition characteristics, excellent anti-interference ability. This product is mainly used for thermal power, cement, building materials, paper making, mining, food, chemical and other industries, to test the raw materials mixed in various kinds of metal material, it is the use of metal into the sensor emf induction signal generated by signal amplification circuit to drive the executing agency action, so as to detect harmful metals.
Gjt-1f series metal detector performance main characteristics:
Sensitivity debugging quantification;

Detection range: iron, aluminum, stainless steel, alloy and other metals.
Control output: relay contact pair normally open, a pair normally closed.
Timing function: delay release after the relay is pulled in, the delay time is 1-10 seconds.
Gjt-1f series metal detector installation precautions:
1, when the amplitude of the belt conveyor frame is less than 0.5mm, can be directly installed in the belt frame, if the amplitude is more than 0.5mm, should be installed with a fixed bracket.
2, the input voltage of the machine is AC 220V±10V, if the power supply voltage exceeds this value should be equipped with a regulated power supply. If the above two items exceed the specified value, the metal detector may be misoperated and affect the normal operation of the equipment.
