The gas box pulse bag filter is composed of the following parts.

Working principle of air box pulse bag dust collector

When it reaches a certain resistance value (such as 1990Pa), it can be manually according to the need, or through the constant pressure or timing dust removal pulse controller, automatically control the start of the dust collector, a chamber of the lifting valve is closed, cut off the air flow through the filter chamber, and then open the electromagnetic pulse valve to release the high-pressure compressed air, All filter bags in a sub-chamber air chamber are sprayed with pulse to clean the dust (stop the wind to clean the dust), so that each filter bag suddenly dilates, so that the dust accumulated on the surface of the bag is vibrated, so that the pressure difference between inside and outside the bag is restored to the starting state, and the dust settles into the dust hopper.
