Features:
Suction lifting capacity is strong, light weight, long service life orders need to know: steel plate temperature is less than 100℃ when the room temperature type. Please inform us if the temperature of steel plate is more than 100℃, then we will design high-temperature type according to user's requirements. Temperature in 200℃-300℃, electromagnet use frequency is not high, can also choose normal temperature type.
Length of steel plate:
When lifting the long size steel plate, please use more than one electromagnetic chuck. For the medium plate (6mm-32mm), take 3-4 meters more space between the electromagnetic chuck, and the length of the two ends of the extension part should be half of the space.
Width of steel plate:
When lifting A thick plate, pay attention to the width of the plate. When lifting A thin and wide plate, the plate may bend along the width direction. Therefore, pay attention to the relationship between the length (size A) of the electromagnetic sucker and the movement and width of the plate. Lifting capacity:
The lifting capacity of the electromagnetic chuck is listed in the list, but after shortening the distance between the electromagnetic chuck, one or two more can be lifted. In addition, if you want more than the standard lifting capacity, please negotiate separately.
